What counts as a deployment?
Any build released to an environment — staging, production or preview. Redeploys count too.
Do cloud costs go through SKE?
No. Your infrastructure runs in your own AWS or GCP account, so those providers bill you directly. SKE charges only the flat engine fee.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your organization settings.
What happens when I hit the Free limit?
New deployments pause until next month — nothing already running is touched. Upgrade to Base for unlimited deployments.
Is there a self-hosted option?
Not today. The engine already deploys into your own cloud accounts, and Enterprise plans can be tailored — talk to us about what you need.
